Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the exchanging the Parsonage-house, and certain Glebe Lands, belonging to the Rectory of Watton at Stone, in the County of Hertford, for a certain other House and Lands, of greater Value, lying in Watton at Stone aforesaid, of and belonging to Philip Boteler Esquire."

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall "pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Daston versus E. of Oxford:

Whereas Richard Daston's Petition was offered to this House, and read, the Eleventh Instant, relating to an Order or Judgement of this House of the One and Twentieth of November One Thousand Seven Hundred and Two, upon the Appeal of Edward Earl of Orford and others, to which the Petitioner was Respondent, which was then ordered to lie on the Table; and also upon reading this Day another Petition of the said Richard Daston, with an Affidavit annexed, giving Reasons for his not bringing his Petition sooner:

Petitions rejected.

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petitions of Richard Daston shall be, and they are hereby, rejected.

Adjourn.
