Lords take the Oaths.

This Day Jonathan Lord Bishop of Winchester, Edward Lord Bishop of Gloucester, and William Lord Bishop of Oxford, took the Oaths of Allegiance and Supremacy, and the Oath of Abjuration, and also made and subscribed the Declaration, pursuant to the Statutes.

Queen's Answer to Address.

The Lord Chamberlain reported Her Majesty's Answer to the Address Yesterday; (videlicet,)

"That the Extracts, desired in the Address, shall be laid before this House, so soon as they can be got ready."

Kempe & al. versus Tutte.

The Lord Chief Justice of the Court of Queen's Bench, in the usual Manner, brought up a Writ of Error; (videlicet,)

E. of Bindon versus Davies.

The House being informed, "That, in the Answer of John Davies put in to the Petition of the Earl of Bindon, the Title of the Answer is thus, ["The Answer of John Davies and the Lady Margaret his Wife;"] and that in the Cause in Chancery it is thus, ["John Davies and Margaret his Wife"]:"

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Answer, or Title of the Answer, of John Davies shall be altered, as in the Order or Decree below.

Calthorpe & al. versus May & al.

After hearing Counsel, in the Cause depending in this House, for Reynolds, Calthorpe, and others, Appellants:

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will proceed to hear Counsel for the Respondents To-morrow, at Twelve a Clock.

Count. of Radnor versus Sir R. Childe.

Whereas To-morrow was appointed, for hearing Counsel for the Countess Dowager of Radnor, as also for Sir Richard Child, to this Point only, "Whether the Case be so materially varied, by the Death of the Annuitant, as that it ought to be heard as a new or original Cause?"

It is this Day Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear Counsel, to that Point only, on Monday next, at Eleven a Clock.
