Hamilton, Leave for a Bill.
Upon reading the Petition of Anne Hamilton, Widow and Relict of James Hamilton, of Tullymore, in the County of Down, in the Kingdom of Ireland, Esquire, deceased, on Behalf of James Hamilton, Son and Heir of the said James Hamilton, and of Sophia, Cary, and Elizabeth, his Three Daughters; praying Leave to bring in a Bill, to enable Trustees to sell and dispose of Part of the Estate of the said James Hamilton, lying in the County of Clare, and Town of Galloway, towards the paying and discharging Portions, and making Provision for Elizabeth the Petitioner's Youngest Daughter, and towards the clearing of Debts contracted by the said James Hamilton; and to enable the Trustees to settle Lands, equivalent to those to be sold, of the Petitioner's Husband's own Acquisition, in the Counties of Down and Louth; and for making of Feefarms and Leases for Lives during the Minority of the said James Hamilton:
It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Petitioner hath hereby Leave to bring in a Bill, according to the Prayer of her Petition.
Cole versus Rawlinson, in Error.
After hearing Counsel this Day, for Richard Cole, Plaintiff in a Writ of Error depending in this House, whereunto Daniel Rawlinson is Defendant:
It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will proceed to hear Counsel for the said Daniel Rawlinson on Monday next, at Eleven a Clock; and that the Cause appointed to be heard that Day, wherein William Shepheard and Thomas Stevens are Appellants, and John Smith and Stephen Smith Respondents, shall be heard on Saturday the Fifteenth Day of this Instant December, at Eleven a Clock.
