The Lord Ferrers reported from the Lords Committees, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for vesting certain Lands and Tenements of Mountagu Earl of Abingdon in Trustees, to be sold, and purchasing other Lands of equal Value, and limiting the Lands to be purchased to the same Uses as the Lands to be sold are limited," as fit to pass, with some Amendments.

Which were read Twice, and agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed, with the said Amendments.

Ly. Ossery and Capt. Roche's Bill.

The Lord Ferrers also reported from the Lords Committees, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for Relief of Dorothy Baroness Dowager of Upper Ossery and Captain James Roche, with relation to the Irish Forfeitures," as fit to pass, without any Amendment.

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for Relief of Dorothy Baroness Dowager of Upper Ossery and Captain James Roche, with relation to the Irish Forfeitures."

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Who brought up a Bill, intituled, "An Act for the Relief of Thomas Keightley Esquire, with relation to the forfeited Estates in Ireland;" to which they desire the Concurrence of this House.

Ly. Johnson's Right to the Barony of Wentworth.

After hearing Counsel this Day, at the Bar, upon the Petition of Martha, Wife of Sir Henry Johnson Knight, the only surviving Daughter and Heir to John late Lord Lovelace of Hurley, and sole Heir (by her Grandmother the Lady Anne Wentworth, Baroness Lovelace, &c.) to the Barony of Wentworth (which Petition was presented to Her Majesty, and by Her Majesty referred to this House); and praying, "That Her Majesty will be pleased to confirm the said Barony of Wentworth to her and her Heirs, with all Rights, Immunities, and Privileges, thereto belonging;" and also after hearing the Heralds and Her Majesty's Attorney General, in relation to the said Claim:

It is this Day Resolved and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Petition Martha, Wife of Sir Henry Johnson Knight, hath Right and Title to the Barony of Wentworth.

House to attend Her Majesty with an Address.

The Lord President acquainted the House, "That he had attended Her Majesty, as commanded; and that Her Majesty was pleased to appoint Four a Clock this Afternoon, to be attended with the Address of this House at St. James's."
