Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the better enabling Her Majesty to grant the Honour and Manor of Woodstock, with the Hundred of Wootton, to the Duke of Marlborough and his Heirs, in Consideration of the eminent Services by him performed to Her Majesty and the Public."

ORDERED, That the said Bill be committed to a Committee of the whole House, presently.

Then the House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee thereupon.

After some Time, the House was resumed.

And the Earl of Sunderland reported, "That the Committee had gone through the said Bill; and think it fit to pass, without any Amendment."

Which was read Twice, and agreed to.

A Message from the House of Commons, by Mr. Lawson and others:

Who brought up a Bill, intituled, "An Act to enable John Proctor, of Rock, in the County of Northumberland, Esquire, to sell, or otherwise dispose of, his Lands in Shawdon, Shawdon Woodhouse, and Crawley, upon settling Lands of the like Value, in the said County, in Lieu thereof;" to which they desire the Concurrence of this House.

Then the House was adjourned during Pleasure, to attend Her Majesty, with the Address, at St. James's.

After some Time, the House was resumed.

And the Lord Keeper reported Her Majesty's Answer to the Address, as follows; (videlicet,)
