Upon reading the Petition of William Wharton Esquire and Eunice his Wife, Respondents to the Appeal of Sir Joseph Tily and Dame Deborah his Wife; shewing, "That he was served with an Order of this House Yesterday, for hearing of his Cause on Tuesday next; and he, having been lately sick, cannot in so short a Time be ready, or instruct his Counsel; and praying a further Day may be appointed for hearing of the said Cause, and that the Lord Chief Justice of His Majesty's Court of King's Bench do attend at the Hearing thereof:"
