Queen's Answer to Address.
The Lord Keeper reported, "That the House attended Her Majesty, with their Address; to which Her Majesty was graciously pleased to give the following Answer; (videlicet,)
My Lords,
I am very glad to find that the Communication I made to this Parliament has been so acceptable to you.
"I make no Doubt of the Zeal of the House of Lords; nor shall My own ever be wanting, to secure My People from Dangers, to promote their Good and Happiness, to establish the Church of England and the Protestant Succession to all Posterity."

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Lord Keeper of the Great Seal of England do give Order, that the Address of this House, presented to Her Majesty Yesterday, and Her Majesty's most Gracious Answer thereunto, be forthwith printed and published.
The Lord Steward reported from the Lords Committees appointed to examine James Boucher and Ogleby, and others in Custody with them, the Examinations taken by their Lordships.
Address for Boucher to be prosecuted for High Treason.
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That an humble Address be made to Her Majesty, from this House, by the Lord Steward and the Duke of Somersett, laying before Her Majesty the Report from the Lords Committees for examining of James Boucher and others, with all Matters relating thereunto; and humbly desiring, from this House, "That Her Majesty will please to give Order that the said James Boucher be prosecuted by Mr. Attorney General for High Treason, according to Law; and also, that Her Majesty will please to give such Direction, for the Commitment, Prosecution, or Discharge, of the other Prisoners mentioned in the said Report, as to Her Majesty in Her Royal Wisdom shall be thought fit."
Boucher committed to Newgate.
Whereas James Boucher stands charged, for that he, having been in Arms in the Service of the late King James, in some Part of Europe, since the Thirteenth Day of February One Thousand Six Hundred Eightyeight, and did, since the Commencement of Her now Majesty's Reign, come into England, without License from Her Majesty under the Privy Seal; and it having been proved, upon the Oath of Thomas Nightingall, that he confessed the same; whereby he has incurred the Crime of High Treason, committed contrary to the Form of the Statute in that Case made and provided:
It is therefore ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said James Boucher shall be, and he is hereby, committed Prisoner to the Prison of Newgate; there to be kept in close Custody, until he shall be delivered by due Course of Law: And this shall be a sufficient Warrant on that Behalf.
To the Keeper of Her Majesty's Gaol of Newgate, his Deputy or Deputies, and every of them.
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Gentleman Usher of the Black Rod attending this House, in whose Custody James Boucher now is, do carry the said James Boucher to the Prison of Newgate.
Ogleby & al. to be delivered where the Queen shall direct.
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Gentleman Usher of the Black Rod attending this House, in whose Custody Ogleby and the others taken with (fn. 1) him are, do deliver them (except James Boucher) to such Custody as Her Majesty shall appoint.
