Trott versus Le Cle & al.

The House being this Day moved, on the Behalf of Reignier Le Cle, John Henry Mayskin, John Gillis, and Jeremy Vander-Meere, Respondents to the Petition and Appeal of Nicholas Trott Esquire, who hath not entered into a Recognizance to answer Costs:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Cause, by Counsel, at the Bar, on Thursday the Nineteenth Day of this Instant November, at Eleven a Clock in the Forenoon ; and that, in the mean Time, the said Nicholas Trott do enter into Recognizance, as is usual.

Place in St. Paul's Church for the Lords.

ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That Sir Christopher Wren do prepare a Place for the Lords to sit in St. Paul's Church, agreeable (as near as may be) to the Method of their Lordships sitting in this House.
