Bp. Bath & Wells takes the Oaths.

This Day Richard Lord Bishop of Bath and Wells took the Oaths, and made and subscribed the Declaration, and took and subscribed the Oath of Abjuration, pursuant to the Statutes.

The House being moved, "To draw an Address, to congratulate Her Majesty upon the Recovery of his Royal Highness the Prince of Denmarke:"

Address on the Recovery of the Prince of Denmark.

Lords Committees were appointed, to draw an Address, to congratulate Her Majesty, upon the Recovery of his Royal Highness the Prince of Denmarke; (videlicet,)

Dux Somerset.
Comes Oxford.

Comes Sunderland.
Comes Sandwich.
Comes Nottingham.
Comes Rochester.

Then the House was adjourned during Pleasure.

After some Time, the House was resumed.

And the Lord Viscount Longueville reported from the Lords Committees, the Address drawn by them.

Which was read, and agreed to by the House, as follows; (videlicet,)

Address.

"We, Your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal Subjects, the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, humbly crave Leave to congratulate Your Majesty, for the great Blessing GOD Almighty has bestowed on this Kingdom, by the Recovery of his Royal Highness from his late Indisposition, whose high Merits have rendered him very dear to this Nation.

"That GOD would long continue his Highness's Health, to the Satisfaction of Your Majesty and Your Kingdom, shall be our constant Prayer."

Lords to attend Her Majesty, with the Address.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Lords with White Staves do humbly attend Her Majesty, from this House, with the Address agreed to this Day.

Then, it being proposed to send for Sir Christopher Wren;

And a Debate arising thereupon:

The Question was put, "Whether this House shall be now adjourned ?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Adjourn.
