Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to enable Thomas Byde Esquire, an Infant (with the Consent of his Guardians and next Relations), to make a Contract for the buying in his Mother's Jointure, and to sell a small Estate in Great Amwell, in the County of Hertford; and likewise for the securing and raising a Portion for Barbara Byde, Sister of the said Thomas Byde; and for other Purposes in the Act mentioned."
E. of Warwick and Holland attached, for the Death of Coote.
The House being informed, "That Edward Earl of Warwick and Holland stands accused of the Death of Mr. Coote;" and the said Earl having this Day surrendered himself:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Gentleman Usher of the Black Rod attending this House do immediately take into his Custody the Body of the said Edward Earl of Warwick and Holland, and keep him in safe Custody till further Order of this House; and this shall be a sufficient Warrant on that Behalf.
To Sir David Mitchell, Gentleman Usher of the Black Rod attending this House, his Deputy or Deputies, and every of them.
Informations, Indictments, &c C. J. of K. B. to give an Account of.
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Lord Chief Justice of His Majesty's Court of King's Bench do give this House an Account where the Informations and Indictment against Edward Earl of Warwick and Holland, relating to the Death of Mr. Coote, are, To-morrow, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the Naturalization of John Francis de Carcassonet and others."
ORDERED, That the Consideration of the said Bill be committed to the Lords following; (videlicet,)
Their Lordships, or any Five of them; to meet on Monday the Thirteenth Day of March next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon, in the Prince's Lodgings near the House of Peers; and to adjourn as they please.

The Earl of Rochester also reported from the Lords Committees, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the Relief of the Creditors of Sir Robert Vyner Knight and Baronet deceased, That their Lordships have received a Clause to be added to the Bill."
Which Clause was read Twice, and agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed.

Churchill reprimanded for printing Cases adjudged in Parliament:
Then John Churchill, the Printer, who was summoned to attend, for printing the Book, (intituled, Cases in Parliament resolved and adjudged, upon Petitions and Writs of Error) was called in, and by Command of the House reprimanded for printing the same without Leave of this House.
Breach of Privilege to print Proceedings without Leave.
It is Resolved, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That it is a Breach of the Privilege of this House, for any Person whatsoever to print, or publish in Print, any Thing relating to the Proceedings of this House, without the Leave of this House; and that the said Order be added to the Standing Orders, and set on the Doors of this House.
Wake, alias Jones's Bill.
Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to enable Samuel Wake, alias Jones, Esquire, to sell Lands, to pay Debts; and to purchase other Lands, adjoining to, and formerly Parcel of, his Manor of Waltham, alias Waltham Holy Cross, in the County of Essex, to be settled to the same Uses."
