Humphry Lord Bishop of Bangor took the Oaths, and made and subscribed the Declaration, pursuant to the Statutes.
Harvey versus Westerne.
Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Elizabeth Harvey, the only Child of Charles Harvey deceased, from an Order or Decree of Dismission lately made in the Court of Chancery, in a Cause there depending, between the Petitioner Complainant, and Thomas Westerne Defendant:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Thomas Westerne may have a Copy of the said Petition; and shall and he is hereby required to put in his Answer thereunto, in Writing, on Thursday the Ninth Day of March next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
Eden versus Todd.
The House being this Day moved, "That Laton Eden may have further Time allowed him, for answering to the Petition and Appeal of John Todd and others, he being at a great Distance from London:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Laton Eden shall have Time for answering thereunto, until Thursday the Ninth Day of March next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
Message from H. C. to return the Bill for making the River Tone navigable.
A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Mr. Clarke and others:
To return the Bill, intituled, "An Act for making and keeping the River Tone navigable, from Bridgewater to Taunton, in the County of Somersett;" and to acquaint this House, that they have agreed to their Lordships Amendments made to the said Bill.

Desborow's Petition, complaining of being unjustly dismissed from his Command in the Navy.
Upon reading the Petition of Charles Desborow; complaining of his being unjustly dismissed from his Command at Sea:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition shall be, and is hereby, referred to the Lords Committees appointed to consider of the Estimate of the Work and Repairs necessary to be done at the several Forts and Batteries upon the River Medway and other Forts, on Monday next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon, in the Prince's Lodgings near the House of Peers; whose Lordships are to send for and hear such Persons concerning the same as they shall think fit; and report to the House.
Smallman versus Brayne:
After hearing Counsel, upon the Petition and Appeal of William Smallman and Thomas Gregory, from a Decree pronounced the Two and Twentieth Day of July last, in His Majesty's Court of Exchequer Chamber, at the Suit of Humphry Brayne and Richard Walker; praying, "That the said Decree may be reversed; and that a Trial at Law may be had, to ascertain the Custom mentioned in the Appeal;" as also upon the Answer of the said Humphry Brayne and Richard Walker put in thereunto:
After due Consideration of what was offered thereupon, it is this Day ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition and Appeal of William Smallman and Thomas Gregory shall be, and is hereby, dismissed this House; and that the Decree therein complained of shall be, and is hereby, affirmed.
