PRAYERS.

Malt, Bill to repeal the Act against the excessive making of.

Hodie 2^a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to repeal an Act made in the Nine and Thirtieth Year of the Reign of Queen Elizabeth, intituled, An Act to restrain the excessive making of Malt; and to discharge and vacate Orders made by Justices of Peace by virtue thereof, for restraining Maltsters from making Malt."

ORDERED, That the said Bill be committed to a Committee of the whole House, presently.

Then the House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee on the said Bill.

After some Time, the House was resumed.

And the Earl of Scarbrough reported, "That the Committee had gone through the said Bill; and think it fit to pass, without any Amendment."

Lucy versus Bp. of St. David's.

Upon reading the Petition of Robert Lucy; praying the Benefit of Law against the Lord Bishop of St. David's, for the Recovery of Fees due to him as Register of the Diocese of St. David's:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Lord Bishop of St. David's may have a Copy of the said Petition; and do answer thereunto on Monday next, at Eleven of the Clock.

Impeachments, Report from the Committee.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Report shall be made from the Lords Committees appointed to consider of the Impeachments depending in this House To-morrow, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon; and all the Lords summoned to attend.

Riccards versus Cornforth, in Error.

After hearing Counsel this Day, to argue the Errors assigned upon the Writ of Error depending in this House, wherein Robert Riccards is Plaintiff, and Henry Cornforth Defendant:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the Judges, in relation to this Matter, on Monday next, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Duty on Coals, &c. Bill.

The House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act for granting to His Majesty several Duties upon Coals and Culm."

After some Time, the House was resumed.

And the Earl of Bridgewater reported, "That the Committee had gone through the said Bill; and think it fit to pass, without any Amendment."
