Upon reading the Petition of John Earl of Bathe; praying (amongst other Things) a Day for hearing the Errors argued upon the Writ of Error depending in this House, wherein Robert Riccards is Plaintiff, and Henry Cornforth Defendant:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Earl of Montagu may have a Copy of the said Petition, and answer thereunto, if he think fit.

E. Macclesfield's Writings to be delivered to him.

Whereas there are several Deeds and Writings in the Custody of the Clerk of the Parliaments, relating to the Estate of the Earl of Maclesfeld:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Deeds and Writings shall be delivered to the said Earl of Maclesfeld or his Agent.

New Forest, for preserving Timber in, Bill.

After hearing Counsel and Witnesses, for and against the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the Increase and Preservation of Timber in The New Forest, in the County of Southampton;" and Debate thereupon:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the further Consideration of that Matter shall be resumed on Friday next, at Eleven of the Clock; and that then the Counsel and Witnesses do attend, and all the Lords summoned.
