Sir C. W. Bampfield & al. versus Popham & al.
Upon reading the Petition of Sir Copplestone Warwick Bampfeild Baronet, and John Bampfeild Esquire, both Infants, by George Horner and Thomas Beare Esquires their next Friends, and the said George Horner, Thomas Beare, Joseph Langton, and Anthony Stocker Esquire, Executors and Trustees of all the Estate of Warwick Bampfeild Esquire deceased, in Trust for the said Infants Sir Coppiestone Warwick Bampfeild and John Bampfeild, and for discharging the Debts and Legacies of the said Warwick Bampfeild and Henry Rogers deceased; praying the Directions of this House, in relation to some Proceedings in a Cause depending in the Court of Chancery, wherein the Petitioners are Plaintiffs, and Alexander Popham Esquire is Defendant:
