Fallowes' Bill.

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to enable William Fallows, an Infant, to sell an Estate in the County of Chester, to pay Debts secured by Mortgages."

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Message to H. C. with it.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir Miles Cooke and Sir John Francklyn:

To carry down the said Bill, and desire their Concurrence thereunto.

Offices, against buying and selling, Bill.

After hearing Counsel, against the Bill, intituled, "An Act to prevent the buying and selling Offices and Places of Trust:"

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to prevent the buying and selling Offices and Places of Trust."

ORDERED, That the said Bill be committed to a Committee of the whole House, presently.

Then the House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee upon the said Bill.

After some Time, the House was resumed.

And the Lord Cornwallis reported, "That the Committee had made some Progress in the said Bill; and desire another Time may be appointed, for them to proceed therein."

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That To-morrow, at Eleven of the Clock, this House shall be put into a Committee again, to proceed on the Bill, intituled, "An Act to prevent the buying and selling Offices and Places of Trust;" at which Time the Judges, or any other Persons who shall think themselves therein concerned, shall be heard, by themselves or Counsel, what they have to offer in relation to the said Bill.

Warburton's Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to enable Trustees to sell the Estate of Richard Warburton Clerk, for Payment of his Debts, and raising Portions for his Children."
