Tilley versus Richardson.
Upon reading the Petition of John Tilley Esquire; praying, "That his Appeal now depending in this House, to which Thomas Richardson is Respondent, appointed to be heard To-morrow, may be put off to Monday next; the Respondent consenting thereunto:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Appeal, by Counsel, at the Bar, on Monday the Eighth Day of this Instant February, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
