The House being moved, "That a Day may be appointed for hearing of the Cause wherein Christopher Dodsworth is Appellant, and Benjamin Edwards and others Respondents:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Cause, by Counsel, at the Bar, on Tuesday the Fifth Day of February next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
Lloyd versus Griffith.
Upon reading the Petition of Edward Griffith, Respondent to the Appeal of Richard Lloyd; shewing, "That the Appellant hath brought his Appeal, from a Decree Eight and Twenty Years since obtained; and that the now Petitioner's Father, Brother, and Solicitor in the Cause, are since dead; and that his Deeds, Writings, and Papers, are in divers Hands; and cannot, without reasonable Time allowed, be prepared for his Defence:"

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to vest certain Lands and Tenements, late of John Estoft, of Etton, in the County of Yorke, Esquire, in Trustees, to be sold, towards Payment of the Debts of the said John Estoft, and raising Portions for his Daughters."
The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

After having heard this Day Mr. Lee Banks, Mr. John Bagshaw, and Mr. Edward Beresford, upon Oath, in relation to the late Trials in Lancashire:
