Basset versus Hitchins, in Error.

Upon reading the Petition of Sir Edward Hungerford Knight of the Bath, and John Hill Gentleman; shewing, "That they have brought a Writ of Error into this House, to reverse a Judgement in Ejectment, against Sir William Basset Knight, deceased, at the Suit of John Hitchins, and have assigned Errors thereupon, and praying that John Hitchins may be ordered to join Issue in this Case:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said John Hitchins shall and he is hereby required to join Issue thereupon, on or before Wednesday, the Thirtieth Day of this Instant January, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
