Rogers's Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to enable Jane Rogers, the Widow and Relict of Bryan Rogers, late of Falmouth, Merchant, deceased, Administratrix of his Goods and Chattels, with his Will annexed, and other Trustees therein named, to sell Lands, for the Payment of the Debts and Legacies of the said Bryan Rogers, in Performance of his said Will."

ORDERED, That the Consideration of the said Bill shall be committed to the same Committee to whom Estoft's Bill is referred.

Bad Titles, Double Mortgages, &c. to prevent, Bill.

The House being moved, "That the Bill, intituled, An Act to prevent bad Titles, double Mortgages, and other Incumbrances, of, in, and upon, Lands and Hereditaments, in Deceit of Purchasers, might be withdrawn:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Bill may be withdrawn, as desired.

Caryll's Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to vest in Trustees certain Lands in Kent and Essex, of John Caryll Esquire, for the Payment of Debts, and raising of Portions for Younger Children, and to supply the Defects of a Conveyance intended for those Purposes."

ORDERED, That the Consideration of the said Bill be committed to the same Committee to whom Estoft's Bill is referred.

Northleigh's Bill.

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to enable Trustees to grant Leases of the Lands of Henry Northleigh Esquire, lately deceased, for Payment of his Debts, and providing a Maintenance for his Children."

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir Miles Cooke and Mr. Meredith:

To carry down the said Bill, and desire their Concurrence thereunto.

Cosserat & al. Nat. Bill.

The Earl of Bridgewater reported from the Committee, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for naturalizing of Bernard Cosserat, alias Mourte, and Alexander Ringli," as fit to pass, with some Amendments.

Which were read Twice, and agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed, with the said Amendments.

Insolvent Debtors Estates, Distribution of, Bill.

A Bill being this Day offered, intituled, "An Act for an equal Distribution of Insolvent Debtors Estates:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Bill shall be read on Friday next, at Twelve of the Clock; and all the Lords and Judges summoned then to attend.

State of the Nation to be considered.

The House being moved, "That a Day may be appointed to take into Consideration the State of the Nation:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That on Friday next, at Twelve of the Clock, this House shall take into Consideration the State of the Nation; and that all the Lords be summoned then to attend.

Trials for Treason, Bill.

The House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee, to proceed on the Bill, intituled, "An Act for regulating of Trials, in Cases of High Treason and Misprision of Treason."

After some Time spent therein, the House was resumed.

And the Lord Cornwallis reported, "That the Committee had gone through the Bill, with several Amendments, and added some Clauses; which he is ready to report, when the House shall think fit to receive the same."

ORDERED, That the Report from the Committee of the whole House, upon the said Bill, shall be made Tomorrow Morning, at Twelve of the Clock; and all the Lords summoned to attend.

Adjourn.
