Upon Mr. Baron Powell's Report, relating to the Petition of Jeremiah Thornehill and others, Creditors of George Chute deceased; and the joint and several Answers of Philadelphia, Sir George, Robert, Thomas, and William Parker, thereunto:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That Mr. Justice Eyre and Mr. Baron Powell do state the Case between the said Parties, as it stands upon the special Verdict found at the Trial in the King's Bench, upon the Issue directed by this House; and present the same on Thursday next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
Tattersall versus Fitzherbert.
Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Thomas Tattersall Clerk, from an Order of Dismission of a Bill in the Court of Chancery by him exhibited, against Henry Fitzherbert and William Jones; and praying that they may answer to the said Appeal:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Henry Fitzherbert and William Jones shall and they are hereby required to put in their Answer or respective Answers thereunto, in Writing, on Friday the Fourth Day of January next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
