Upon reading the joint and several Answers of Philadelphia, Sir George, Robert, Thomas, and William Parker, Children of the Lady Parker, to the Petition of Jeremiah Thornehill, John Tilt, and others, Creditors of George Chute Esquire, deceased:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition and Answer shall be delivered to Mr. Justice Eyre, Mr. Justice Powell, and Mr. Baron Powell; who are to consider thereof, and report to this House on Friday next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
E. of Banbury, Proceedings, in the K. B. against the Person who claimed the Title of.
This Day being appointed to resume the adjourned Debate concerning the Person who claimed the Title of Earl of Banbury, and for the proper Officers of the Court of King's Bench to attend with the Records of that Court relating thereunto:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Debate shall be, and is hereby, adjourned until Monday the Twentyfourth Day of this Instant December, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; and that the proper Officers of the Court of King's Bench do then attend with the Records, as formerly ordered.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the Errors argued, upon the Writ of Error depending in this House, wherein the Bishop of London and Dr. Birch are Plaintiffs, and Their Majesties Defendants, on Friday the One and Twentieth Day of this Instant December, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
Wilful Perjury, to make Felony, Bill.
ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That all the Judges do attend this House on Saturday next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; and that they have a Copy delivered them of the Bill, intituled, "An Act for making wilful and corrupt Perjury, in certain Cases, to be Felony."
