PRAYERS.
Public Accompts, for taking, &c. Bill.
Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for appointing and enabling Commissioners to examine, take, and state, the Public Accompts of the Kingdom."
ORDERED, That the said Bill shall be committed to a Committee of the whole House, presently.
Then the House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee, upon the said Bill.
And, after some Time, the House was resumed.
And the Earl of Bridgewater reported, "That the Committee had gone through the said Bill; and thought it fit to pass, without any Amendment."

Message to H. C. that the Lords have passed it.
The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"
It was Resolved in the Affirmative.
A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir Miles Cooke and Mr. Meredith:
To let the Commons know, the Lords have agreed to the said Bill, without any Amendment.
Privateers, for better Encouragement of, Bill.
The House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee, upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the better Encouragement of Privateers."
And, after some Time, the House was resumed.
And the Earl of Stamford reported, "That the Committee have heard Counsel, and find many Difficulties; and therefore think it fit for a Private Committee."
To which the House agreed.
ORDERED, That the said Bill be referred to the same Committee, to whom the Bill, intituled, "An Act for building good and defensible Ships," is committed; and that all Persons heard this Day, do attend that Committee.
Adjourn.
