A Message from the House of Commons, by Sir John Guise and others:

Who brought up a Bill, intituled, "An Act for Repeal of the Two and Thirtieth Article in the Statute of the Fifth Year of Queen Elizabeth (containing divers Orders for Artificers and others), which relates to Weavers of Cloth;" to which they desire the Concurrence of this House.

Message from H. C. to return Sir C. Barrington's Bill.

A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Sir John Boles and others:

Who returned the Bill, intituled, "An Act to enable Sir Charles Barrington Baronet to settle a Jointure on Dame Bridgett his Wife, and to make Provision for their Younger Children;" to which they have agreed, without any Amendment.

Mutiny Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for continuing the Act for punishing Officers and Soldiers, who shall mutiny, or desert Their Majesties Service, and for punishing false Musters, and for the Payment of Quarters for One Year longer."

ORDERED, That the said Bill be committed to a Committee of the whole House, presently.

The House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee thereupon.

After some Time spent therein, the House was resumed.

And the Earl of Nottingham reported, "That the Committee had made some Progress in the Bill; and desire another Day may be appointed, to proceed; and that a Select Committee do draw a Clause upon the Debate."

To which the House agreed; and ordered the Lords following to draw a Clause upon the Debate:
