Ld. Baltemore versus Blackistone and Moore.

Upon reading the Petition of Charles Lord Baltemore of the Kingdom of Ireland; shewing, "That, the last Session of Parliament, he exhibited his Petition and Appeal from a Decree made in the Court of Chancery, the Seven and Twentieth Day of June One Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-nine, and an Order of Dismission upon a Bill of Review thereupon since made, and that Sir Francis Blackiston Baronet and Thomas Moore were then ordered to put in their Answer to the said Appeal, which they have not yet done; and praying a further certain Time may be appointed for them to answer thereunto:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Sir Francis Blackiston and Thomas Moore shall be, and they are hereby, required to put in their Answer to the said Petition and Appeal of Charles Lord Baltemore, on Monday the Seven and Twentieth Day of this Instant November, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

State of Supplies, &c. for the Navy to be sent in.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Commissioners appointed to examine, take, and state, the Public Accompts of the Kingdom, do send to this House a State of the Yearly Supplies of Monies intended for the Navy, compared with what was issued for that Service, and what was deficient, as also of the Debt owing to the Navy on the Fifth Day of November One Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-eight.

Jones's to be attached, for Breach of Privilege against the E. of Rochester.

Whereas Hugh Jones the Elder and Hugh Jones the Younger are now in Contempt of this House, for a Breach of Privilege committed against the Earl of Rochester, a Peer of this Realm:

It is this Day ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Gentleman Usher of the Black Rod attending this House, do forthwith attach the Bodies of the said Hugh Jones the Elder and Hugh Jones the Younger, and bring them in safe Custody to the Bar of this House, to answer for their several Breaches of Privileges by them committed; and this shall be a sufficient Warrant on that Behalf.

To Sir Thomas Duppa, Gentleman Usher of the Black Rod attending this House, his Deputy and Deputies, and every of them; and to all Mayors, Sheriffs, Bailisfs, Constables, and other Their Majesties Officers, to be aiding and assisting in the Execution hereof.

Bayly versus Robson.

Upon reading the Petition of Sarah Bayly, Executrix of Edward Bayly deceased; shewing, "That they have an Appeal depending in this House, to which Anne Robson Widow and others are Respondents, on which Counsel was heard in January last, and then a Trial at Law directed; and that, pursuant to the Order of this House, a Trial was had at the last Lent Assizes for the County of Cambridge, and a Verdict for the Petitioner; and now praying, that the Decree complained of in the said Appeal may be reversed:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Anne Robson Widow and others may have a Copy of this Petition; and shall and they are hereby required to put in their Answer thereunto, in Writing, on Wednesday the Two and Twentieth Day of this Instant November, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Finch versus Ditcher.

Upon reading the Petition of John Finch; shewing, That, upon hearing Counsel, the Twentieth Day of February last, on the Petition and Appeal of Nicholas Ditcher and Elizabeth his Wife, and others therein mentioned, from several Decrees made in the High Court of Chancery, on the Eighth Day of June in the Second Year of King James the Second, and the Sixth Day of February in the Second Year of Their present Majesties, and the Answer put in thereunto, it was ordered, that there should be a Trial at Law at the next Assizes for the County of Sussex, whether the Will in Question was revoked or not; and that, pursuant to the said Order, a Trial was had, and the Jury found that the said Will was not revoked; and now praying, that the Cause may be re-heard:"

It is thereupon ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Nicholas Ditcher and others in the said Appeal mentioned shall and they are hereby required to put in their Answer or respective Answers to this Petition, in Writing, on Monday the Seven and Twentieth Day of this Instant November, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
