The Lord Bishop of St. David's reported the Bill, intituled, "An Act for vesting the Manors of Bar crofts, otherwise Thonock, otherwise Low Thonock, Hinton, otherwise Hengton, and other Lands in the County of Lincolne, Isle of Ely, and Counties of Cambridge and Norfolke, in Trustees, for Payment of the Debts of Thomas Towers Esquire, and making Provision for his Wife and Daughter," as fit to pass, with some Amendments.
Which, being read Twice, were agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed, with the said Amendments.
Ward & al. versus Turner.
Upon hearing Counsel this Day, at the Bar, upon the Petition and Appeal of James Ward Esquire, Roger Jackson, Christopher Cratford, John Adams, and others, from a Decree made in the Court of Chancery, the Thirtieth Day of June One Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-one; as also upon the Answer of Sir Edward Turner put in thereunto:
After due Consideration had of what was offered by Counsel thereupon, it is ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Decree, made the Thirtieth of June One Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-one, on the Behalf of Sir Edward Turner, shall be, and is hereby, reversed.
Royal Mines Bill.

Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Baptist Earl of Ganesborough, an Infant under the Age of One and Twenty Years (by Dame Susan Noel Widow his Mother and Guardian) and John Noell Esquire Appellants, from an Order and Decree of the Court of Chancery, made in a Cause there depending, wherein the Respondent Katherine Countess Dowager of Ganesborough is Complainant against the Petitioners, bearing Date the Eight and Twentieth Day of January last; and praying the Reversal of the said Order and Decree:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Katherine Countess Dowager of Ganesborough may have a Copy of the said Petition; and do put in her Answer thereunto on Friday the Seventeenth Day of this Instant February, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

And the Earl of Stamford reported, "That the Committee had made some Progress in the Bill; and desire another Day may be appointed, to proceed therein."

Whereas To-morrow is appointed for hearing of the Cause wherein John Gardner and Letitia Bawden are Appellants, and the Affrican Company Respondents:
