Upon Mr. Crosfeild's delivering the Names of Witnesses this Day, the following Orders were made:

Report concerning Commissioners of Sick and Hurt, to be laid before the House;

"It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Commissioners of the Admiralty do lay before this House To-morrow, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon, their Report to the King concerning the Commissioners for Sick and Wounded, and all the Complaints against Mr. George Dickinson of Plymouth."

and Witnesses to attend.

"ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That Captain Carr, Captain George St. Loo, Mr. Richard Gibson, Mr. Richard Martin, Mr. Cosserat, Mr. Noortwych, Mr. Samuel Baston, and Mr. Thomas Baston, do and they are hereby required to attend this House (as Witnesses) To-morrow, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon."

Baronies by Writ, Descent of.

After hearing Counsel this Day, in Behalf of several Peers of this House, claiming Baronies by Descent, whose Ancestors were called by Writ:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the further Consideration of this Matter shall be resumed on Saturday next, at Eleven of the Clock; and that His Majesty's Attorney General be then heard.

Dighton, Lessee of the Earls of Huntingdon and Scarsdale, discharged from an Execution:

The House being informed, by the Earl of Scarsdale, "That an Ejectment having been brought by him and the Earl of Huntingdon, in the Name of Christopher Dighton, as their Lessee, whereupon a Judgement was obtained for the Defendant, and Costs taxed; and that the said Christopher Dighton was taken in Execution, for the said Costs, in the Time of Privilege of Parliament:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Christopher Dighton shall be, and he is hereby, discharged; and this shall be a sufficient Warrant on that Behalf.

To the Sheriffs of London and Midd'x, and to the Keeper of Poultry Compter, his Deputy and Deputies, and all others whom it may concern.

L. Ruthin's Bill.

Leave was given to withdraw the Bill, intituled, "An Act to enable Henry Grey Esquire, commonly called Lord Ruthen, Son and Heir Apparent of Anthony Earl of Kent, to make a Jointure for a Wife," in order to make some Alterations therein.

Adjourn.
