Northleigh's Bill.

The Earl of Manchester reported from the Committee, the Bill, intituled, "An Act to enable Trustees to grant Leases of the Lands of Henry Northleigh Esquire, lately deceased, for Payment of his Debts, and providing a Maintenance for his Children," as fit to pass, with some Amendments.

Which being read Twice, and agreed to, the Bill was ordered to be engrossed.

Caryll's Bill.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to vest in Trustees certain Lands in Kent and Essex, of John Caryll Esquire, for the Payment of Debts, and raising of Portions for Younger Children, and to supply the Defects of a Conveyance intended for those Purposes."

Bad Titles, double Mortgages, &c. to prevent, Bill.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to prevent bad Titles, double Mortgages, and other Incumbrances, in and upon Lands and Hereditaments, in Deceit of Purchasers."

ORDERED, That the said Bill shall be read the Second Time, on Wednesday the Three and Twentieth Day of this Instant January, in a full House; and all the Judges to attend.

Lord versus Lord.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the Cause wherein Lawrence Lord is Appellant, and Robert Lord Respondent, on Friday the Five and Twentieth Day of this Instant January, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Wilful Perjury, to make Felony, Bill.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House shall be put into a Committee, upon the Bill which is re-committed upon the Debate, intituled, "An Act for making wilful and corrupt Perjury in certain Cases to be Felony," on Friday next, at Twelve of the Clock; and all the Lords and Judges summoned to attend.

Bampfield versus Bampfield.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Cause appointed to be heard on Friday next, wherein Dame Jane Bampfeild is Appellant, and Sir Copplestone Warwick Bampfeild is Respondent, shall be heard on Saturday next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Painter's Petition dismissed.
