Viscount Villers introduced.
This Day Edward Lord Viscount Villers of Dartford was introduced, between the Lord Viscount Newport and the Lord Granvill; the Earl of Pembrooke, and the Lord Willoughby of Ersby, and the Herald going before carrying his Patent, who delivered it to his Lordship; and he delivered it on his Knee to the Speaker; and he delivered it to the Clerk, who read the same.
His Patent bears Date 20° Martii, 3° Gul. et Mariæ. His Writ was read, and dated 30° Martii, 3° Gul. et Mariæ.
And then he came to the Table; and took the Oaths, and made and subscribed the Declaration, pursuant to the Statutes in that Behalf made; and then was placed at the lower End of the Viscounts Bench.
Then the Lord President, by Her Majesty's Command, acquainted the House, "That it is Her Majesty's Pleasure, that the Parliament should be adjourned to the 28th Day of April next; and desires that this House will adjourn themselves to that Day."
Then,
House adjourned.
