Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act to give Katherine Lady Co'nbury certain Powers to act as if she were of full Age."

Upon which Reading, some Words were proposed to be added to the said Bill.

Which, being read Thrice, were Agreed to.

Then the Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass into a Law?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir Miles Cooke and Sir John Hoskins:

To carry down the said Bill, and to desire their Concurrence thereunto.

Message from thence, with a Bill.

A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Sir Thomas Littleton and others:

Who brought up a Bill, intituled, "An Act to free the Estate of Sir Samuell Bernadiston Baronet from several Incumbrances occasioned by a Judgement given against him upon an Information in the Court of King's Bench;" and to desire their Lordships Concurrence thereunto.

Bill to prevent the Exportation of Bullion, and melting down the Coin.

This Day the Counsel were heard for the Bill, intituled, "An Act to prevent the Exportation of Gold and Silver, and melting down the Coin of this Realm;" as also Counsel for the Working Goldsmiths to the last Clause in the Bill, and the Merchants also against the said Bill.

And, after Debate thereupon,

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the House shall be put into a Committee To-morrow, to consider of the said Bill, next after Mrs. Wharton's Bill is over; and that the Merchants and other Counsel, that were this Day heard, shall have Notice then to attend the House.

Ly. Smith versus Blight.

ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the Cause, wherein the Lady Anne Smith is Plaintiff, and Francis Blight and Elizabeth Blight are Defendants, on Friday next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon, the First Business.

Mutiny Bill.

ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the House shall be put into a Committee, upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act for punishing Officers and Soldiers who shall mutiny, or desert Their Majesties Service, and for punishing false Musters," on Saturday next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon, the First Business.
