Dod & al. versus Burrows.

Upon reading the Petition of Anne Dod Widow, Magdalen Johnson Widow, Robert Colbach and Anne his Wife, Sarah Dod, Robert Cooper and Pricilla his Wife, Francis Dod, Charlton Hill, John Hill, and Rowland Hill; praying the Revival of their Appeal; and that a Day of Hearing may be appointed:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Cause, by Counsel on both Sides, at the Bar, on Tuesday the First Day of April next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; whereof the Petitioners are to cause timely Notice to be given to the Defendant, to the End he answer accordingly.

Harris versus Osbaliton.

Upon reading the Petition of John Harris and Elizabeth Harris; praying the Revival of their Appeal, and a Day of Hearing:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Cause, by Counsel on both Sides, at the Bar, on Tuesday the 15th Day of April next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; whereof the Plaintiffs are to cause timely Notice to be given to the Defendant, to the End he attend with his Counsel accordingly.

Lists of Protections to be brought in.

ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Sheriffs of London and Middlesex, the Bailiff of the Borough of Southwark, the Marshal of The Marshallsey's, and the Steward of Westminster, or their proper Officers to whom it doth belong, do bring, or cause to be brought, into this House, on Friday next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon, a List or Lists of all the Protections entered in their Offices in the Names of any Members of this House, and to whom they are given.
