Dean of St. Paul's Bill.

The Lord Bishop of London reported, "That the Committee have considered of the Bill for increasing the Revenue of the Dean of St. Paul's in Shadwell, and have heard all Parties concerned; and are of Opinion, That the said Bill is fit to pass as it is, without any Amendment."

Hereupon it is ORDERED, That the said Bill be engrossed.

Severn Fishery Bill.

The Earl of Powis reported, "That the Committee have taken into Consideration the Bill for preserving the Fishing in the River of Severne; and have made some few Amendments therein, which are offered to their Lordships Consideration."

Then the said Amendments were read Twice, and Agreed to; and the Bill is ordered to be engrossed, with the said Amendments.

Beamont and Mose Churches Bill.

Hodie 1 vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for uniting the Churches of Beaumont and Mose, in the County of Essex."

Fortescue's Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act on the Behalf of John Fortescue, for the executing certain Trusts devolved upon Insfants."

Suits and Delays, and Intestates Estates Bill.

The Earl of Essex reported, "That the Committee for the Bill touching the Continuance of the Act for settling the Estates of Intestates do find it requisite that some Clauses be added, to make that Bill more effectual; to that Purpose some Clauses were offered by the Lord Chief Justice of the Common Pleas, which the Committee supposed to be fitter for a new Bill; but, upon further Consideration, it was doubt ed, that that might not be offered in the same Session."

The House hereupon ORDERED, That the said Bill is recommitted upon the whole Matter.

Bp. of Winton, Privilege. Dallow versus Grove & al.

Whereas William Grove and John Stannard were summoned to appear at the Bar of this House, upon the Petition of Edward Dallow Gentleman, Auditor to the Lord Bishop of Winchester, complaining of sueing him to the Outlawry and seizing his Goods, in Time of Privilege, contrary to the Privilege of Parliament; the said William Grove and John Stannard appearing this Day (and the said Edward Dallow not appearing):

Grove, &c. discharged.

The House being satisfied that the said Edward Dallow liveth at Well-close near Ratcliffe, and is Master of a Glass-house there, and that he paid the Money mentioned in his Petition with his own Hand, it is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said William Grove and John Stannard be, and are hereby, discharged from any further Attendance concerning this Matter.

Cusack versus Viscount Dungannon.

Upon hearing Counsel this Day, at the Bar, upon the Petition of John Cusacke, Son and Heir to Bartholomewe Cusacke Gentleman, deceased, being an Appeal from a Decree made by the Court of Claims in the Kingdom of Ireland, concerning certain Lands and Tenements in the County of Meath, assigned by the said Bartholomew Cusacke to Sir Edward Bolton, in the Year One Thousand Six Hundred Forty and One (to avoid the Trouble of those Times) by Deeds dated in One Thousand Six Hundred Thirty and Eight, which Lands and Tenements are since conveyed, by Nicolas Bolton, Son and Heir of the said Sir Edward Bolton, to Marcus late Lord Viscount Dunganon, in the said Kingdom of Ireland; as also upon the Plea and Answer of Lewis Lord Viscount Dunganon an Insant, by the Lady Viscountess Dunganon his Mother and Guardian, and of the said Nicolas Bolton, put in thereunto:

After due Consideration had of the Nature of the said Appeal, and what was offered on either Side thereupon, it is Resolved and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition and Appeal of John Cusacke be, and is hereby, dismissed this House.

Adjourn.
