Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act disabling Minors to marry, without the Consent of their Fathers and Guardians, and against their untimely marrying after the Decease of their Fathers?"

ORDERED, That this Bill is committed to the Consideration of the Committee of the whole House, to be proceeded in To-morrow Morning; and such Civilians to be heard as desire it.

Protestant Strangers Relief Bill.

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for providing Relief for poor Protestant Strangers?"

The Question being put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

To recover Debts of Executors, &c. Bill.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act to enable Creditors to recover their Debts of the Executors and Administrators of the Executors in their own Wrong."

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir Tymothy Baldwin and Sir Wm. Beversham:

Neilder versus Kendall.

Upon hearing Counsel at the Bar, on the Behalf of Henry Neilder and Johanna his Wife, One of the Daughters of Mary Hallet Widow, as also on the Behalf of Thomas Kendall and Mary his Wife, One other of the Daughters of the said Mary Hallet; forasmuch as it appeareth that the said Johanna Neilder was an Infant at the Time of the former Hearing in this House, and was not heard nor comprehended in the former Judgement of this House, given on the Twentieth Day of May One Thousand Six Hundred Seventy and Five, though her Name (fn. 1) was inserted in the said Judgement, in Conformity to the Title of the Petition then depending, and thereby dismissed:

It is thereupon ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That Leave is hereby given to the said Henry Neilder and Johanna his Wife, to proceed below in the Court of Chancery as Counsel shall advise them, notwithstanding any former Order or Judgement of this House relating to the said Matter, which is not to prejudice their Proceedings in the Court below.

Interlineations in the Journal, to be taken Notice of at the Examination.

ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That no Interlineations shall be made in any Entry in the Journal Book, after it is signed by the Lords Committees, but by Order of the House; and that when the Lords sign the Book, they shall express the Day of the Month when they examine it; and that, if any Interlineations be then in the Book, they are to take Notice of them at that Time.

The Lord Colepeper is added to the Committee for Privileges.

The Duke of Norff. E. North'ton, Lord Mowbray, Lord Berkeley, and the Lord Grey, are added to the Committee for the Bill for reviving the Act for settling Intestates Estates.
