King to be moved to lay before the House the Conditions of Peace sent to France, and the Answer.
After some Consideration hereof, it is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That His Majesty be humbly desired (by the Lords with White Staves) to impart to this House, what the Conditions of Peace sent by the Earl of Feversham to Paris are; and the Answer of the Most Christian King given thereunto.
ORDERED, That this House will take this Business into further Consideration To-morrow Morning.
Growth of Popery.
ORDERED, That on Saturday Morning next, this House will take into Consideration the Reasons brought up by the House of Commons at the last Conference, concerning the Danger the Nation is in by the Growth of Popery; and to be the First Business.

This Day Phillip Earl of Leycester sat first as a Peer in Parliament, upon the Decease of Robert Earl of Leycester his Father.
