It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Lord Keeper of the Great Seal do issue out a Writ of Habeas Corpus, awarded to the Warden of The Fleete, for the bringing of the Body of Mr. Thomas Sherley to the Bar of this House To-morrow, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

ORDERED, That the Report concerning the Hamborough Company shall be made To-morrow Morning.

Lords to attend.

ORDERED, That Notice shall be given to all the Lords who are now in Town, to give their Attendance upon this House on Thursday the Nineteenth Day of this Instant January.

Colt and Hall versus Colt.

Whereas Counsel was appointed to be heard, at the Bar, on Thursday the Nineteenth of January Instant, in the Cause upon the Petition of Thomas Colt and Henry Hall Esquires, and the Answer of John Dutton Colt Esquire to the said Petition; the House being moved, "That the said John Dutton Colt, being newly come to Town, might have some longer Time allowed him to prepare for the said Hearing:"

It is this Day ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That Counsel shall be heard, at the Bar of this House, upon the said Petition and Answer, on Tuesday the Twenty-fourth Day of January Instant, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; whereof timely Notice is to be given by the said John Dutton Colt to the said Thomas Colt and Henry Hall, or their Agent, that they may be ready at the Time aforesaid.

L. Byron, Privilege, versus Sir W. Juxon, concerning the Tithes and Profits of Saddleworth, &c.

Upon Complaint made to this House, and Oath of Silvester Pettit at the Bar, of the Delivery of Two Declarations to him this Week, by Mr. Ryley, One of the Clerks in the Office of Pleas in the Court of Exchequer, which the said Ryley received from Mr. Richard Ogden, Attorney for Sir William Juxon Baronet, in the Name of the said Sir William Juxon, against John Farrand and John Scofield, Tenants to the Lord Byron, of the Tenths, Tithes, and Profits, of Saddleworth, in the County of Yorke, wherein his Lordship's Interest is concerned:

It is ORDERED, That the said Mr. Ryley and Mr. Richard Ogden be, and are hereby, required to appear at the Bar of this House, on Monday the Sixteenth Day of January Instant, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon, to give an Account of the Delivery of the said Declarations; and hereof they may not fail.

Upon Complaint made to this House, "That Sir William Juxon Baronet hath not obeyed the Order of this House, made the Sixth Day of December last; but hath since proceeded at Law against some of the Tenants of the Lord Byron, concerning the Tenths, Tithes, and Profits, of Saddleworth, in the County of Yorke, sitting the Parliament, contrary to the Privilege of Parliament:"

It is ORDERED, That the said Sir William Juxon be, and is hereby, required to appear at the Bar of this House, to answer to the said Complaint, on Monday the Twenty-third Day of January Instant, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
