E. of Lincoln's Bill.
ORDERED, That the Committee for the Earl of Lyncolne's Bill do meet To-morrow, at Three of the Clock in the Afternoon; and the Lord Mohun and the Lord Hatton are added to the said Committee.
Message from H. C. with Bills; and to return Sir C. Clifford's.
A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Sir John Birkenhead and others; who brought these Bills following:
1. "An Act for Continuance of a former Act, intituled, An Act to prevent Delays in extending Statutes, Judgements, and Recognizances."
2. "An Act for uniting the Vicarage and Parsonage of Rosse, in the County of Hereford."
To which Bills their Lordships Concurrence is desired.
3. To return the Bill concerning Sir Clifford Clifton's Estate; to which the Commons agree, without any Amendment.
Bill to prevent Frauds in Servants.
ORDERED, That the Committee for the Bill to prevent Frauds and Deceits in Servants do meet on Tuesday next, at Three of the Clock in the Afternoon.
Knight's Bill.
ORDERED, That Mr. Justice Wylde do assist the Lords Committees for the Bill concerning John Knight's Estate.
