PRAYERS.

Greene versus Cole, in Error.

ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Cause between Henry Greene, Plaintiff in a Writ of Error depending in this House, and William Cole Defendant, shall be argued, by Counsel on both Parts, at the Bar of this House, on Saturday the Seventeenth Day of December Instant, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; whereof the said Defendant is to give timely Notice to the said Plaintiff, or his Solicitor in the said Cause: And it is further ORDERED, That the Judges have Notice to attend this House at the Time aforesaid.

Bill to prevent the Importation of Brandy.

ORDERED, That the Counsel which should have been heard on both Parts this Day, at the Bar, upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act to prevent the Importation of Foreign Brandy, and to give a Recompence to His Majesty for His Duty thereupon," as also upon the Petition of the Distillers of London against the said Bill, shall be heard, at the Bar of this House, upon the said Bill and Petition, on Monday the Nineteenth Day of December Instant, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Ld. Norris's Bill.

The Earl of Aylisbury having this Day reported from the Lords Committees the Bill, intituled, "An Act to enable the making Conveyances of Part of the Estate of James Lord Norreys, during his Minority, with a Saving of His Majesty's and all Persons Right, &c."

Upon Debate of the said Report, it is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Bill, upon the whole Debate, be re-committed to the same Committee; who are to meet at Three of the Clock this Afternoon, in the Prince's Lodgings, further to consider of the said Bill; and that Mr. Justice Moreton and Mr. Justice Wylde assist the said Lords Committees, whose Lordships are afterward to make Report unto the House.

Worcester Gaol Bill.

ORDERED, That Mr. Justice Moreton and Mr. Justice Wylde be, and are hereby, appointed to be present at the Committee, to which the Bill, intituled, "An Act for re-joining of the Gaol of Worcester, to the Body of the said County," stands committed, at Three of the Clock this Afternoon, in the Prince's Lodgings.
