PRAYERS.

Report concerning the Decay of Trade, &c.; reducing Interest of Money.

The House was adjourned into a Committee of the whole House, to consider of the reducing of Interestmoney.

The House being resumed;

The Earl of Essex reported, "That several Persons had been heard this Morning, before the Committee, concerning the reducing of Interest-money; and that the Committee desires to hear further Information another Day."

Whereupon the House appointed that this Business should be taken into further Consideration To-morrow Morning, by a Committee of the whole House; against which Time, the Earl of Anglesey, Vicecomes Hallyfax, the Lord Berkley of Berkley, the Lord Lucas, and the Lord Ashley, are to make Choice of such other Persons as they think fittest to give their Lordships further Knowledge concerning the lowering of Interest-money.

The Bishop of Rochester is added to the Committee for the Bill for settling certain Charitable Uses devised by John late Bishop of Rochester.

Adjourn.
