Row to attend the Committee.

It is ORDERED, That Mr. Samuell Row, now a Prisoner by the General's Order, shall be sent for, to appear before the Committee for Privileges, in the Custody of his Keeper, on Wednesday next, in the Afternoon, at Four of the Clock; and this (fn. 1) to be a sufficient Warrant in that Behalf.

Pepper to be attached, for Words against the Earl of Suff.

Upon reading the Affidavits of George Fen, Jo. Parker, and Tho. Renham, for speaking scandalous Words against the Earl of Suffolke:

It is ORDERED, That Alexander Pepper, Attorney, shall be attached, as a Delinquent, and brought before this House by the Gentleman Usher, to answer the aforesaid Complaint.

Sabran's Naturalization Bill.

A Bill was presented to this House, of Naturalizing of Renee De Sabran.

E. of Dorset and L. Arundel's Orders.

ORDERED, That the Earl of Dorset and the Lord Arrundell of Warder shall have the like several Orders as the Earl of North'ton hath, for recovering of (fn. 2) their Goods, taken away from them in the Time of the late Wars.

Burley versus Windham & al.

ORDERED, That Mary Burley be admitted in Forma Pauperis, and shall have such Counsel assigned her as she shall name; videlicet, Wadbam Windham, John Heath, Arthur Trevor, and Frederick Hyde.

ORDERED, That the Earl of Berks be added to the Committee for inspecting Ordinances, &c.

Order about Printing.

ORDERED, That no Orders of this House shall be printed and published without special Order of this House.

Marq. of Worcester, L. Stafford, &c. Order.

ORDERED, That the Marquis of Worcester, Lord of Newport, and the Lord Viscount Stafford, shall have the like Order as the Earl of North'ton, for restoring of their Goods, &c.

Sir Trevor Williams & al.

Upon Report made from the Committee for Petitions:

It is ORDERED, That this House confirms the said Report concerning Sir Trevor Williams and others.

Order for L. Newport to have Leave to search for his Goods, &c. taken away during the late Troubles.

Upon Information given this Day to the House, That Thomas Nicholes Esquire, of the Parish of Pontesbury, and Andrew Lloyd, in Aston, Esquire, and Francis Forrester, in Upton under Hamonds and Wetlingstreete, in the County of Salop, and others in the said County, do detain divers Goods, Household Stuff, Writings, and Plate, belonging to the Lord Newport, which were taken from High Ercall and other Places belonging to the said Lord Newport, since these unhappy Times:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords in Parliament assembled, That the said Lord Newport shall have Liberty, by his Servants or Agents, to make diligent Search for any of the said Goods aforementioned, in the Dwellinghouse or other Places belonging to the said Mr. Nicholes, Mr. Lloyde, and Mr. Forrester, and elsewhere; and that the said Parties thus employed (upon Resistance made) may break open, in the Day-time, with a lawful Officer, any Door, Trunk, Chest, or Box, that shall not be opened in Obedience to this Order; and such Goods of the said Lord Newport as shall be found, to take, bear, and carry away, for his Lordship's Use; any Thing to contrary notwithstanding.

Order against printing Proceedings of this House without Authority.

Whereas the House was this Day informed, "That some Person or Persons have printed and published some Things that have been agitated before the Lords in Parliament, without any Order of the House, in a presumptuous Manner, and contrary to all Usage in former Times:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords in Parliament assembled, That no Person or Persons hereafter shall presume to print or publish any Act, Ordinance, Order, Vote, or other Proceedings, that have been agitated in this House, or at any Committee belonging to this House, without Order from the same, upon Pain of having such Proceedings prosecuted against them as shall be just.

ORDERED, That this Order be forthwith printed and published.

Order for restoring the Estate of L. Hopton to Sir Trevor Williams and others his Coheirs.

Upon the Report from the Lords Committees for Petitions, in the Case of Sir Trevor Williams and others the Coheirs of the Right Honourable Ralph late Lord Hopton, deceased:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords in Parliament assembled, That the Possession of all and singular the Lands, Tenements, and Hereditaments, of the said Lord Hopton (which were given to any Person or Persons, or which remain unsold), together with all the Rents, Issues, and Profits thereof, collected or levied since the 18th Day of May last past, be, and is by Authority hereof, restored unto the Right Heirs of the said Lord Hopton; as also all the Writings and Evidences (concerning the said Lord Hopton's Estate) remaining in the Hands of the late Trustees for Sale of the Lands of pretended Delinquents, their Officers or Agents whatsoever: And it is further ORDERED, That the Sheriffs, and all other Officers of the respective Counties where the said Estate lies, be, and are hereby, required to take Care that this Order be duly executed, by putting the said Heirs into Possession of the Premises, if Occasion shall require: And all Persons whatsoever, whom this Order doth or may any Way concern, are required to yield Obedience hereunto, as they will answer the contrary at their Perils.

Order for the E. of Dorset to search for his Effects, taken away during the late Troubles.

Upon Information given to the House, "That Arthur Brooker, Vintner, at The Crowne in Rochester, and Richard Greene Alderman of the same, do detain divers of the Household Stuff which were formerly belonging to Edward Earl of Dorsett, and now do belong to the Earl of Dorsett:"

(fn. 3) Mr. James of Ightam, Mr. John Boothby, Mr. Carter.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords in Parliament assembled, That the Earl of Dorsett's Servants are hereby authorized to make Search for the said Household Stuff in the Dwelling-houses or other Places belonging to the said Arthur Brooker and Richard Greene; and that, in Search for the said Stuff, any Door, Trunk, Chest, or Box, that shall not be opened in Obedience to this Order may be broken up, in the Day-time, by a lawful Officer; and the same to be taken and carried away for his Lordship's Use; any Thing to the contrary notwithstanding.

Do. for L. Arundel of Warder.

Upon Information given to this House, "That Colonel Edmond Ludlowe, the Lady Hungerford, and Mr. Strowd, do detain divers Goods belonging to the Lord Arrundell of Warder, which were taken from, since these unhappy Times:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords in Parliament assembled, That the said Lord Arrundell, or his Agents, may make diligent Search, for any of his said Goods, in the Dwelling-houses or other Places belonging to the said Parties; and that, upon Resistance made, any Doors, Trunks, Chest, or Box, that shall not be opened in Obedience to this Order, may be broken open, in the Daytime, with a lawful Officer; And such Goods of the said Lord Arundell as shall be found, to take and carry away for his Lordship's Use, any Thing to the contrary notwithstanding.
