The Earl of Bollingbrooke reported from the Committee of Petitions, "That whereas the Cause between Goddard Lee and Sir Henry Pigott was re-committed to them, their Lordships have heard the same fully; but the Committee are of Opinion, That it is a Cause worthy to be heard by Counsel at this Bar, in regard of the Difficulty of it:"
It is ORDERED, To be re-committed to the Committee for Petitions, to prepare a State of the Business, and report the same to the House; and then further Consideration will be had thereupon.
Bill for Execution of Persons attainted.
Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for Execution of certain Persons attainted of High Treason."
