Sir H. Thyene's Bill.
The Earl of Bridgwater reported, "That the Committee have met, and considered the Bill concerning Sir Henry Frederick Thynne; wherein the Lords have made some Alterations, and added a Proviso, which are offered to the Consideration of the House."
Then the said Alterations and Proviso were read Twice; and, after some Debate, it is ORDERED, That the said Bill is re-committed to the further Consideration of the Committee, who are to meet To-morrow Morning at Nine of the Clock; and the same Judges as formerly are to attend the Committee.
Sir Ant. Browne's Bill.
Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act to enable Sir Anthony Browne to sell Land, for Payment of Debts."
The Question being put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"
It was Resolved in the Affirmative.
ORDERED, That the Earl of Rivers is added to the Committee for the Bill for the Office of registering Pawns.
Tenants of Clitherow Bill.
ORDERED, That the Committee for the Bill concerning the Honour of Clitberowe shall meet To-morrow Morning; and the Committee for Privileges shall meet on Monday next, in the Afternoon.
