Bill for reversing the E. of Strafford's Attainder.

The Lord Privy Seal reported from the Committee, the Bill for reversing the Act of Attainder of Thomas Earl of Strafford, wherein the Committee have thought fit to make some Alterations, which are offered to the Consideration of the House.

The said Alterations were read Twice; and, after some Debate, it is ORDERED, That the said Bill is recommitted to the same Committee, who are to meet To-morrow Morning, at Nine of the Clock: And these Lords following are added to the said Committee:

Repealing Acts of the Long Parliament.

ORDERED, That the Committee for the Bill concerning the Honour of Clitheroe shall meet on Saturday Morning next, at Nine of the Clock: And these Lords following are added to the said Committee:

Vanlor versus Bushell, in Error.

Whereas the House is informed, "That there is a Mistake in the Original Writ, concerning the Errors between Vanlore Plaintiff, and Bushell Defendant, now depending in this House:"

It is ORDERED, That the Plaintiff shall attend the Lord Chief Justice of the King's Bench, and acquaint him with the said Mistake, who is, by virtue of this Order, to give Directions for such mending thereof as shall be fit: And it is further ORDERED, That the Errors shall be argued, at this Bar, by Counsel on both Sides, on Wednesday the 29th of this Instant, at Nine of the Clock in the Morning, at which Time both Parties are to come prepared, with their Counsel, accordingly.
