Writs of Error brought in.
The Speaker acquainted the House, "That the Lord Chief Justice of the King's Bench had Three Writs of Error ready to bring in to this House."
Whereupon the House gave the Lord Chief Justice Leave to bring them in; which was accordingly after the accustomed Manner.
The King to be reminded of Dr. Hodges.
ORDERED, That the Lord Chamberlain do remind the King of the former Request of this House, concerning Doctor Hodges.
Leigh's Petition.
ORDERED, That the Report from the Committee of Petitions concerning Goddard Leigh shall be made on Saturday Morning next.

Next the House was adjourned into a Committee during Pleasure, to consider the Business between Sir Henry Frederick Thynne and Sir James Thynne; and, after some Debate, the House was resumed.
Message from H. C. with Bills.
A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by the Attorney of the Dutchy and others; who brought Three Bills, which had passed the House of Commons, wherein they desire their Lordships Concurrence:
1. "An Act for confirming the Copyhold Estates of divers of His Majesty's Copyhold Tenants, within the Honour of Clitherow, in the County Palatine of Lancaster, Parcel of the Dutchy of Lancaster, according unto several Decrees in the Court of Dutchy of the said County Palatine."
2. "An Act for Confirmation of the Estates of several Tenants and Copyholders of the Manors of Rannes, Irchester, Rushden, and several other Manors, Parcels of the Dutchy of Lancaster."
3. "An Act to enable the Sale of some of the Lands of William Millward Esquire, for Payment of his Debts."

The House again was adjourned into a Committee during Pleasure, to debate the Business concerning Sir Henry Frederick Thynne and Sir Jame' Thynne.
The House being resumed;
The Lord Chamberlain reported to the House, That the Committee fell into Consideration about the retaining of this Bill concerning Sir Henry Fredericke Thynne, brought from the House of Commons; and, after a long Debate, the Resolution of the Committee was, That this House should retain this Bill brought up from the House of Commons."
And the Question being put, "Whether to agree with this Report of the Committee ?"
It was Resolved in the Affirmative.
