ORDERED, That the Hearing of the Earl of Oxon's Counsel shall be put off until the 11th Day of July, 1661.
Bill for inclosing Ground at Parsons Green.
Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for confirming of an Enclosure of Land, formerly used for a Common Highway, from Parsons Greene to Southfeild, in Fulham, and the settling of other Land for a common Highway there in Lieu thereof."
ORDERED, That the Consideration of this Bill is committed to these Lords following; videlicet,
Their Lordships, or any Five; to meet this Afternoon, at Three of the Clock, in the Prince's Lodgings; and to adjourn themselves as they shall see Cause.

ORDERED, by the Lords in Parliament assembled, That the Keeper of Newgate shall forthwith, upon Sight hereof, appear before the Lords in Parliament, and shew Cause why he doth not obey the Order of this House, dated the 10th Day of June Instant, concerning Mr. Thomas Bushell, now in his Custody: And herein he may not fail.
E. Derby and his Purchasers.
Upon Report made this Day by the Committee appointed to consider of the Bill concerning the Earl of Derby, and the Purchasers of some of his Lordship's Lands:
It is ORDERED, That the Cause between the said Earl and the said Purchasers shall be heard, at this Bar, by Counsel on both Sides, on Thursday the Fourth Day of July next; and that such Witnesses whose Names shall be returned unto the Clerk of the Parliaments, and Warrants issued out under his Hand for their Appearance, are at the same Time and Place to attend the said Hearing.
L. Cromwell's Money, attached at Snead's Suit, to be restored.
This Day John Browne, a Serjeant, was heard at the Bar; who acknowledged that he attached the Sum of One Hundred and Fifty Pounds of the Lord Crumwell's Money, but knew not that it was his Lordship's; at which Time also Richard Sneade, at whose Suit the said Money was attached, was heard at the Bar, and affirmed that he knew not that the Lord Cromwell was a Peer: But the said Sneade knowing now that it is the proper Money of his Lordship, and he being a Member of Parliament, he is willing that the said Money be paid to the Lord Cromwell, and the Attachment be taken off.
It is ORDERED, That the said Sum of One Hundred and Fifty Pounds, in whose Hands soever it is, be paid unto the said Lord Crumwell, or his Assigns, upon Sight of this Order; and that the Attachment be forthwith taken off, any former Proceedings in this Business notwithstanding: And hereof all whom it may concern are to take Notice, and yield Obedience hereunto, as the contrary will be answered to this House.
Capt. Swinhoe sent for, for quartering Soldiers on Ld. Grey.
Upon Complaint this Day to the House, upon the Oaths of William Warren Esquire and Henry Strutt, made at this Bar, "That Gilbert Swinhoe, Captain, had quartered several Soldiers upon the Lord Grey of Warke, in the County of Northumberland, in January last, contrary to the Privilege of Peerage; and being shewed the Order of this House for the freeing of his Lordship from the Quartering of any Soldiers upon him, he made Slight of it, and would not yield any Obedience thereunto:"
Hereupon it is ORDERED, That the said Captain Swinhoe is, by virtue hereof, summoned to appear before this House on the Third Day of the next Sitting of this Parliament after the next Recess, to answer his said Contempt herein: And herein he may not fail, as he will answer the contrary to this House.
Sir S. Fanshaw versus Impey.
Upon hearing of the Counsel, at this Bar, in the Cause of Sir Symon Fanshawe Knight, Plaintiff, and the Counsel of Thomas Impey and others, Defendants, upon the Petition of the said Sir Symon, against a Decree in the Exchequer; and after a mature Debate and Consideration of the Matter:
It is ORDERED, That the said Petition and Contents thereof are hereby dismissed this House.
