Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act to enable Sir Anthony Browne to sell Land, for the Payment of his Debts."

Whereas the House was this Day acquainted, "That the House of Commons was desirous to be informed, by Mr. Attorney General, concerning some Business wherein His Majesty is concerned:"

It is ORDERED, That he hath Leave of this House, to repair to the House of Commons, to give Satisfaction therein.

Towns of Leostoffe and Yarmouth.

This Day the Witnesses on both Sides, in the Cause between the Inhabitants of Lowestost and the Bailiffs of Great Yarmouth being heard, at this Bar, concerning the Usage and Custom of Fishing and Selling of Fish; and the House being desirous to hear the Judges Opinions before any Resolution be given therein:

It is ORDERED, That the Judges are desired to expedite the Hearing of Counsel on both Sides, upon the Matter of Reference mentioned in the Order of the 20th of this Instant June; and to make their Report unto this House with what convenient Speed they may, that so their Lordships may put some End to the Business now depending before them.

Adjourn.
