ORDERED, That the Commissioners appointed to assess the Peers for Poll-money do meet on Monday Morning, and give this House an Account who are behind, unpaid.

Astley's Nat. Bill.

The Lord Robertes reported from the Committee, the Bill for naturalizing the Lord (fn. 1) Astley's Son, as fit to pass as it is: Whereupon it is ordered to be engrossed.

Message to H. C. with a Bill.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Mr. Glascock and Dr. Lewin:

To deliver to them the Earl of Cleveland's Bill, and desire their Concurrence therein.

Bill to confirm the fundamental Laws, &c.

ORDERED, That the Bill for confirming Magna Charta, &c. be taken into Consideration, by a Committee of the whole House, presently.

ORDERED, That the Earl of Bridgwater, Earl Strafford, Viscount Mordant, Lord Brudnell, and Lord Lovelace, Viscount of Stafford, and Lord Grey, are added to the Sub-committee for the perusing of the Journal Book.

Bill to confirm the fundamental Laws, &c.

The House was adjourned into a Committee of the whole House, to take into Consideration the Bill for confirming Magna Charta, &c.

The House was resumed.

And ORDERED, That this Bill shall be further considered of on Saturday the 24 of November, by a Committee of the whole House.

Order to prevent Stoppages in the Streets.

ORDERED, That these Lords following do consider and prepare an Order for preventing the stopping of the Streets with Carts; videlicet,
