Downes and Spring versus Hungate.
Upon hearing of Counsel on both Parts, at the Bar of this House, upon the Petition and Appeal of Francis Downes and Edmond Spring Gentlemen, complaining against Henry Hungate; and after mature Consideration had thereupon:
It is ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition and Appeal be, and is hereby, dismissed this House.
