A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Sir John Norton; who brought a Bill, which hath passed the House of Commons, whereto their Lordships Concurrence is desired:

"An Act to enable Francis Leigh Esquire, to sell Land, for Payment of Debts, and to make Provision for his Children."

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for the settling of several Manors, Lands and Tenements, of Sir Jacob Astley, lying in the Counties of (fn. 1) Norfolke and Warwicke."

ORDERED, That the Lord Morley hath Leave to go into the Country for some Time.

L. Strangford's Bill.

Upon Report from the Lords Committees to whom the Bill, intituled, "An Act to enable Trustees for the Lord Strangford to sell Lands, for Payment of Debts," was committed:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Bill be re-committed to the same Committee, to the End the Counsel of the Earl of Northumb. and of the Earl of Leycester may be heard on Tuesday Morning next, at Nine of the Clock, for the securing the Portion of the said Lord Strangford's Daughter, Grandchild to the Earl of Leycester, and for the indemnifying of Algernon Sidney Esquire, from such Debts as he is engaged for as Trustee for the said Lord Strangford; the rest of the said Bill with the Amendments now reported being agreed on by Consent.

Adjourn.
