Chrush & al. for Contempt of the E. of Manchester's Order.

Upon Complaint made this Day at the Bar, concerning the Breach and Contempt of an Order of this House, dated the Eleventh Day of July last, wherein the Lord Chamberlain is concerned:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in the High Court of Parliament assembled, That the Serjeant at Arms attending this House, his Deputy or Deputies, shall attach the Body of John Chrush, of Little Wakering, in the County of Essex, and bring him before the Lords in Parliament on Tuesday the Third of December next, to answer his high Contempt to this House; and also that Thomas Barnes of Much Wakering, Henry Goodwine of Barling of the said County, Andrewe Graves, and Richard Finch, are hereby summoned Personally to appear before their Lordships, at the Time and Place aforesaid, to answer such Things as are charged against them: And herein they may not fail, as they will answer the contrary to this House; and this to be a sufficient Warrant in that Behalf.

Committee for Petitions.

ORDERED, That the Committee for Petitions is hereby revived; whose Lordships are to meet on Tuesday the 26th of this Instant November, at Three of the Clock, in the Painted Chamber; and to adjourn themselves from Time to Time; and to have the like Power that was given them by the Order of this House, dated the Eighteenth of May last past.

Order for Payment of the Officers Fees of this House.

ORDERED, That no Private Bill shall be read in this House until a Brief of the same be brought unto the Clerk; and that, after the First Reading of such Bill, it is not to be read the Second Time until the accustomed Fees be paid to the several Officers of this House, according to a former Settlement in that Behalf made.

Sir Ant. Browne's Bill.

ORDERED, That the Committee for Sir Anthony Browne's Bill, appointed on the 27th of June last, is hereby revived; and that the Lords of the said Committee are to meet on Wednesday next, the 27th of this Instant November, at Three of the Clock in the Afternoon, in the Prince's Lodgings; and to adjourn themselves as they please.

Adjourn.
