Royal mand. 1 Dec. 1391 citing persons disturbing possession of Lambrok (CPR. 1391-1396 p. 77). Appeal by both parties to curia, sentence given in favour of Raynald de Brancacio and perpetual silence imposed upon Lambrok, but refused to resign. Sentence of excomm. imposed upon him by pope Urban VI, but reinstated by pope Boniface IX 5 July 1393 (CPL. IV 468-9). Baret res. claim to preb. s.d., had claimed preb. by virtue of prov. (ibid.).
