Church of All Saints, Hungate, Lincoln, with appurtenances within and without the borough, gr. to bp. by king Henry I 1115 × Apr. 1116 (Regesta II no. 1154 = R.A.L. I no. 67); conf. to bp. by pope 30 Jan. 1126 (R.A.L. I no. 248) and 28 Apr. 1139 (ibid. no. 249); not named in papal confs. of prebs. 6 Feb. 1146 (ibid. no. 252) and 5 June 1163 (ibid. no. 255), but perhaps included in city churches of king's fee, conf. as preb. (ibid. no. 252 p. 198, and no. 255 p. 205); already an ancient preb. by 1203 × 06 (ibid. no. 217).
Portion of demesne tithes of Scothorne (Lincs.), said to belong to preb. 'ab antiquo', conf. 1203 × 06 (ibid. nos. 216-18); presum. the two-thirds of demesne tithes conf. as preb. by pope 5 June 1163 (ibid. no. 255 p. 206).
Portion of tithes of Bishop Norton (Lincs.): tithes of sheep and wool of bp.'s demesne and other estates in Bishop Norton, called 'Stoctyghthes', mentioned 1323 (Reg. IV fo. 14r); perhaps the tithes of bp.'s demesne in Bishop Norton conf. as preb. by pope 5 June 1163 (R.A.L. I no. 255 p. 206).
